My objective is to simply WOW my clients and the friends/ family they trust me supporting.  I pride myself on personal service and attention to every detail just like our ancestors/ grandfathers did to grow their business.  My intentional focus has led me to operate by referral and repeat clients.  Buyers, sellers, investors, and relocation corporations have trusted me to guide them through every step of the real estate process.  My system is proven and comes from strategy and heart.  This is a big decision that I don't take lightly and very seriously.  I apply both sides of my thoughtful thinking (analytical and emotional) to share balanced options for your decisions.  I ensure my clients are protected by covering all objectives, going above and beyond the duty, and using my expansive network to provide advantages for their needs.  For several years running our team at The Group has been ranked among the top real estate teams in the nation per RealTrends 'The Thousand' as reported in many publications.  I am your full-time committed professional and here for you anytime of the day.

Professional Background:

Prior to my Real Estate career, for seven years I traveled in and out of Fort Collins as Demand Planner for New Belgium Brewing and several other beer brands.  Before my time in Procurement, my career was in Banking after high school and through college.  I worked my way up from teller to new accounts, business lending, mortgage, and private banking.  I have been thoroughly trained on minimizing risk, negotiating, customer care, balancing and forecasting the future my entire professional career. Control the controllables.  I take pride in my work and knowledge and as a result I focus my effort in learning and improving every year and day. During my Real Estate Career I've been able to accomplish my Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) which is an extensive amount of training beyond the license process.  If I'm going to help someone I want to make sure I have all the tools and knowledge to best support. 
 

Hobbies:

Photography, Cycling, Hockey, Tennis, BBQ
